Installation follows the projector’s normal lamp-door procedure and requires no special tools; the pre-assembled housing eliminates alignment steps that can cause errors. The lamp is rated for 4000 hours in normal mode and 15000 hours in economic mode, so the projector’s hour counter should be reset after fitting to track the new module correctly. Forgetting to reset the counter is the most common setup mistake.
