The Video Mount Products FPLFB column supports flat panels from 42 to 90 inches with a 180 lb load rating. Its powder-coated black finish matches professional installations while the adjustable design accommodates varying mounting depths. The unit mounts directly to the wall and accepts hole patterns up to 850mm by 500mm. It also accommodates multiple double gang boxes for integrated wiring.

Capacity and Mounting Limits

The 180 lb capacity handles most commercial displays in the 42 to 90 inch range with comfortable headroom. Maximum extension from the wall is 1.4 inches, keeping the profile slim while clearing baseboards or shallow obstructions. The fixed 850mm by 500mm maximum hole pattern defines the upper compatibility boundary; panels with wider spacing cannot be mounted. There is no tilt, swivel or pitch adjustment, so the display sits flush and level once installed.

Integration Into a Build

The column measures 38 inches wide by 22.5 inches high and adds only 1.4 inches of depth, leaving ample room behind the screen for cables and ventilation. Wall mounting hardware must suit the substrate and meet the 180 lb rating; the column itself provides no articulation. Installers who need tilt, swivel or greater stand-off distance will need a different mounting style. The multiple double gang box openings simplify low-voltage and power routing without extra accessories.
