Indoor Flying Insect Trap System

The VF02 unit plugs into a standard indoor outlet and uses blue-violet light to attract mosquitoes, gnats, fruit flies, moths and other small flying insects. Two devices and six adhesive refill cards are included so coverage can be split between rooms such as kitchens, bedrooms and living areas. The trap captures pests on glue boards rather than zapping or spraying, keeping the process silent and free of chemical odors. Glue Card Replacement Limits

Adhesive performance typically lasts two to four weeks before the surface becomes covered or loses stickiness. Replacement timing depends on infestation level: light activity every four to six weeks, moderate every two to three weeks, and heavy weekly or whenever the card is full. No sprays or attractants are used, so the only consumable is the glue card itself. The trap remains effective only while the card can still hold insects.

Quiet Plug-In Build and Daily Use

The housing contains no fan or high-voltage grid, so operation is completely silent and suited for bedrooms or workspaces. Each unit simply plugs into a wall socket, requiring no mounting hardware or special wiring. Six refill cards are supplied in the box, allowing multiple changes before a separate purchase is needed. The sticky surface is non-toxic and odorless, though cards should be placed out of reach of pets to avoid accidental contact.

Light-Based Attraction Constraints

The blue-violet spectrum draws smaller insects such as gnats, fruit flies and moths effectively, while larger house flies are less responsive to this wavelength. Performance varies by species and room layout because the trap relies on insects flying toward the light source.
