The VF02 plugs into a standard wall outlet and uses blue-violet LED light to attract mosquitoes, gnats, fruit flies, house flies, moths and other small flying insects. Insects are captured on replaceable adhesive cards that face the wall to keep them out of sight. The package includes one device and two additional refill cards. It runs silently and continuously without chemical attractants or insecticides.

Check outlet placement and infestation level

Verify you have a free socket near the problem area such as a kitchen, bedroom or houseplant zone where the light can shine toward a wall or floor. The trap is designed for smaller insects; it is less effective against large house flies. Adhesive cards should be swapped based on catch rate: light infestations every four to six weeks, moderate every two to three weeks, and heavy weekly or when the surface is full.

Silent 24-hour operation with periodic card changes

The unit operates around the clock with an energy-efficient LED that produces no audible hum or buzz. Capture relies on physical adhesion only, so performance stays consistent as long as the glue surface remains sticky and uncovered. Expect to replace cards regularly because the adhesive typically lasts two to four weeks depending on insect activity.
