This 1200W macerator pump handles wastewater from toilets, showers, sinks and bathtubs in basements or below-sewer installations. A 1.6 HP copper motor delivers 48 GPM flow and 33 ft lift through four inlets, simplifying plumbing where gravity drainage is impossible. The IPX8-rated motor resists water ingress during continuous operation.

Replaces gravity sewer lines for below-grade

The pump upgrades bathrooms located below the main sewer line by macerating waste and pumping it vertically up to 33 ft or horizontally through 40 mm discharge piping. The jump is worth it when cutting concrete for a gravity fall is impractical or when adding a bathroom to an existing basement without major structural work. Four inlets allow a single unit to serve a complete bathroom group.

Limited by 40 mm outlet and 10 m head ceiling

The 40 mm discharge diameter restricts maximum flow velocity and may clog if non-flushable debris enters the system. Total dynamic head must not exceed 10 m, so installations with long horizontal runs plus vertical lift need careful pipe sizing. The delay-start function reduces short-cycling but does not overcome the fundamental pressure limit of the impeller design.
