This manual coil binding machine punches up to 34 holes and binds 120 sheets in a single operation. It handles letter, A4 and A5 formats with adjustable edge guides and side margins. The device is built for schools, offices and businesses that produce professionally finished documents on a regular basis. Spines are sold separately and must be double-loop wire with a 3:1 pitch.

Setup checks before ordering

Verify that your documents use double-loop wire spines with a 3:1 pitch, as other wire types will not work correctly. Confirm the paper sizes you need match letter, A4 or A5 formats. Ensure you have a stable work surface for a unit measuring 370 x 245 x 260 mm and weighing 4.9 kg. Spines in the 3/16 to 9/16 inch range must be purchased separately.

Thermals noise and power draw

The machine is entirely hand-operated via a lever press, so it produces no motor noise, no heat and draws no electricity during use. Its cast-iron base with powder coating and ABS shell remain at ambient temperature. Normal operation is limited to the mechanical sound of the punch and binding action.
