Direct-Fit Emissions Replacement

The VEVOR catalytic converter is a new direct-fit emissions component for the 4.0L V6 engine found in Nissan Frontier, NV1500, NV2500, NV3500, Pathfinder, Xterra and Suzuki Equator models. It replaces OE number 16399 and installs at the front, left, rear or right exhaust position. Professional installers and DIY owners can bolt it in without fabrication.

400-Cell Substrate Capacity

The unit uses a 400-cell ceramic substrate that provides the flow area and catalyst surface required for the 4.0L V6 exhaust stream. It handles normal daily driving and moderate towing loads while keeping tailpipe emissions within regulatory limits. Extremely high-output engine builds or sustained wide-open-throttle running may exceed the design flow envelope.

Complete Hardware Kit Included

Fourteen nuts, fourteen gaskets, ten screws, four round washers and two intermediate washers are supplied in the box along with a user manual. The kit covers every flange connection so the converter can be fitted without sourcing additional fasteners or seals. Vehicles with aftermarket headers, non-standard flange spacing or damaged mounting studs will need extra parts not provided.
