The VEVOR box and pan brake handles sheet metal up to 24 inches wide with a bending range of 0 to 135 degrees. It accepts 20-gauge low carbon steel and 14-gauge aluminum using a 0.39-inch thick Q235 frame rated to 21 HRC. Ten segmented fingers in 1, 2, 3 and 4-inch widths let you configure the tool for boxes, pans and custom profiles. The unit weighs 103.2 pounds and measures 33.5 by 15.4 by 14.4 inches.

Upgrading from fixed-width brakes

A fixed-finger brake limits you to a single box depth; this segmented design replaces that restriction with 10 interchangeable modules so you can form floor channels, truck beds and mudguards without changing machines. The jump is worth it when you regularly bend different flange heights or need to produce small batches of varied parts. If you only repeat the same simple bend on narrow stock, a lighter bench-top bender may suffice.

Verify your workbench can support 103.2 pounds and accommodate the 33.5-inch length and 15.4-inch depth. Confirm your stock thickness does not exceed 20-gauge low carbon steel or 14-gauge aluminum, as the brake is not rated for heavier gauges.
