Pre-drilled holes and included bolts

Thirty 10 mm holes are pre-drilled along every post at standardised spacing, allowing signs to be bolted at multiple heights without extra drilling. The package supplies eight M9.8 x 60 external hex bolts with flat washers, spring washers and nuts for immediate fastening. Posts are pushed into the ground; a hammer may be used on hard surfaces. Installers who require welded brackets or concrete footings must source those separately.

The green spray coating over galvanised Q355 steel protects against rust in normal weather exposure. Solid steel construction adds mass for stability once driven into soil, while the U-channel shape resists bending under wind load on mounted signs. No moving parts or finishes require periodic maintenance beyond occasional visual inspection. Environments with heavy chemical exposure or salt spray may demand additional protection not provided by the standard coating.
