This corded electric tiller delivers an 18-inch cultivation width and 3.94-inch tilling depth for garden soil preparation. A 12-amp motor runs at 390 RPM and includes overload protection that shuts the unit off when obstructed. The 65Mn steel tines use a cross-structure design for stable soil penetration. At 26.46 pounds it can be lifted with one hand.

Check mains voltage and extension cord rating

The tiller operates on AC 100-120V at 60Hz and draws 12 amps, so the supply circuit must support that load. A heavy-duty outdoor extension cord rated for at least 12 amps is required to prevent voltage drop over distance. Ensure the work area has a grounded outlet and that the cord length does not exceed the manufacturer's recommended maximum. Clear the soil of large stones and debris that could trigger the overload protection.
