Velcro 90081 hook-and-loop tape provides a press-on closure that holds firmly on smooth materials. The black nylon roll measures 15 ft in length and 3/4 in wide, supplied in a dispenser box for neat storage and easy access. It suits office, workshop or home organisation tasks where a reusable bond is preferred over permanent adhesives. The rubber-based adhesive is pressure-sensitive and flame-retardant free.

Peel-and-stick application with dispenser

Installation is a simple peel-and-stick process: cut the required length from the roll, remove the liner and press onto a clean, smooth surface. The dispenser box keeps the roll flat and prevents tangling while you work. The main limitation is that the adhesive is designed only for smooth surfaces; rough, porous or heavily textured substrates will not achieve the rated shear strength of 14 lbf/sq in and may release over time.

Consistent hold under sustained load

Once applied, the fastener maintains its grip under continuous shear stress up to the specified 14 lbf/sq in without the creep that can affect some foam tapes. The rubber adhesive resists relaxation, so bundles, cable runs or mounted accessories stay secured during long-term use. It is not intended for structural loads or outdoor exposure where temperature cycling and moisture could degrade the bond.
