The Vantrue N5-G records front, rear and both cabin zones simultaneously with a 158° front lens, two 160° cabin lenses and a 165° rear lens. Four selectable channel modes let drivers choose 1CH, 2CH, 3CH or 4CH recording to match the journey. Sony STARVIS 2 sensors improve near-infrared response and noise reduction for clearer low-light footage. The system targets commuters and families who want a single device covering every angle around the vehicle.

Install needs and expandability

An adhesive mount secures the main unit to the windscreen while the additional cameras route to the cabin and rear. Built-in 5G Wi-Fi connects to a smartphone app for live view, settings and OTA firmware updates. GPS logging adds speed and location data to every clip. A microSD slot accepts cards up to 512 GB, giving ample loop-recording capacity without extra hardware. No hard-wire kit or rear-view mirror bracket is included in the base package.

Sustained parking and thermal behaviour

Buffered parking mode captures a few seconds before and after any motion or G-sensor event while the car is unattended, writing continuously to the card for 24-hour cycles. The dual-core processor manages four simultaneous 1080P streams plus a 2.7K front stream without dropping frames during long drives. Voice control keeps hands free for critical functions. Extended summer heat or freezing nights may throttle write speeds if the card rating is insufficient.
