Compact 1-1/2 Inch Pressure Gauge

This liquid-filled gauge measures pressure from 0 to 60 with an accuracy of +/-3-2-3 percent. The 304 stainless steel case and acrylic lens protect the movement in commercial and industrial environments. A center-back 1/8 inch NPT male connection allows direct mounting on panels or equipment. The dial features white markings for clear reading in typical workshop lighting.

Accuracy Class and Environmental Limits

The +/-3-2-3 percent accuracy grade means readings are tightest at mid-scale and widen toward the ends of the 0 to 60 range. Liquid damping stabilises the needle against vibration but does not compensate for temperature-induced pressure changes in the process fluid. The gauge carries no IP or NEMA rating, so it should be shielded from direct wash-down or prolonged outdoor exposure. Field filling is not supported, so the factory fill must remain intact for the life of the instrument.

Replaces Dry Gauges in High-Vibration Service

This unit replaces dry gauges where pulsation or mechanical vibration makes the pointer unreadable or damages the movement. The liquid fill extends service life by lubricating internal gears and suppressing pointer flutter. The jump is worth it when the process generates steady vibration or pressure spikes that would bend a dry gauge's bourdon tube. It is not suited for applications requiring a sealed, field-fillable case or a rated ingress-protection enclosure.
