1-1/4" FNPT 45° stainless elbow

This ZORO SELECT 404E111N114 fitting redirects flow by 45 degrees in piping systems carrying air, natural gas, non-potable water, oil, potable water or steam. The 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion while meeting MSS-SP-114 Class 150 pressure ratings. Both ends use female National Pipe Taper threads sized for 1-1/4 inch Schedule 40 pipe. It suits installers who need a gentler directional change than a standard 90-degree elbow.

FNPT threads and Schedule 40 compatibility

The female NPT threads on both ends conform to ANSI B1.20.1 and accept 1-1/4 inch Schedule 40 pipe without adapters. Material conforms to ASTM-A-351 for consistent alloy quality. No thread sealant or gaskets are included, so installers must supply their own sealing method. The design frees up space in tight runs where a sharper turn would crowd adjacent components.

Class 150 pressure headroom

Rated to MSS-SP-114 Class 150, the elbow handles the pressures common in commercial air, gas, water, oil and steam lines within the specified operating range. The 45-degree sweep reduces turbulence and pressure drop compared with tighter bends. It is not intended for systems exceeding the Class 150 rating or for pipe sizes and schedules other than 1-1/4 inch Schedule 40.
