3/4 inch stainless steel pipe union

This Value Brand union joins two pipe ends without rotating either length. The 304 stainless steel body resists corrosion in water, oil and mild chemical lines. Female NPT threads on both sides accept standard 3/4 inch nominal pipe. It is built to Class 3000 pressure ratings for demanding industrial and commercial systems.

Sustained pressure and steam performance

The fitting holds 2900 psi at 100°F and 2500 psi steam at 350°F without permanent deformation. Material conforms to ASTM-A-182 so strength remains stable through repeated thermal cycles. Installation notes and common issues

The package supplies body, nut and mating seat but no thread sealant or gasket; installers must provide compatible tape or paste. Over-tightening the nut can distort the seat and cause weeping.
