This 2-inch FNPT swing check valve is built from 316 stainless steel for corrosion-resistant service in water and steam lines. A PTFE seat seal provides tight shut-off at the 5.6 psi cracking pressure. The body is rated for 200 psi maximum water and steam pressure. It installs horizontally in piping systems that require automatic back-flow prevention.

Sustained-pressure performance

The valve maintains its seal continuously at up to 200 psi and 350 °F without degradation of the PTFE seat. Horizontal mounting keeps the disc stable during prolonged flow, eliminating chatter that can occur in vertical runs. Temperature tolerance extends down to -4 °F, so the same unit handles both high-temperature steam and cold-water returns. The 316 stainless body resists scaling and chemical attack over long duty cycles.
