UTEK
Replacement battery for P212, P410 and P410i controllers rated at 650 mA
This UTEK replacement battery suits the P212, P410 and P410i UPS units. It matches part numbers 462969-B21, 462976-001 and 460499-001. The 650mA cell restores backup runtime for compatible server power protection systems. It is supplied new and tested for reliable operation.
The battery operates passively without fans or active cooling. It generates no audible noise during normal use. Power draw is limited to the UPS charging circuit. No thermal management is required beyond standard enclosure ventilation.

Power down the server, open the chassis, locate the cache module on the P212 or P410 board, unplug the old battery cable, connect the new 650mA unit, secure it in the clip, close the case, power on and verify the cache status in the controller BIOS.
The 650mA battery supports the cache backup on P212, P410 and P410i controllers; plan to replace it every three to five years or when the controller reports a degraded battery status during POST.
