USB Power Meter and Electronic Load

This USB power meter combines an adjustable constant-current electronic load with multimeter functions on an OLED screen. It tests chargers, cables and power banks by discharging at up to 35 W while logging voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, temperature and time. The unit also calculates accumulated capacity in milliampere-hours and watt-hours for quick health checks.

Adjustable Load with QC Trigger

Two metal potentiometers provide coarse adjustment from zero to three amperes and fine adjustment of plus or minus zero point two amperes across a DC three to twenty-one volt range. A QC two point zero and three point zero trigger enables fixed test points at five volts three amperes, nine volts two amperes, twelve volts one point two five amperes and twenty volts one point five amperes. Screw terminals allow external voltage measurement for batteries or other sources.

35 W Continuous Discharge Headroom

Continuous discharge power stays below thirty-five watts with a twenty-four hour countdown timer for automated ageing tests. Measurement resolution reaches zero point zero one volts, zero point zero one amperes, zero point zero zero one ampere-hours and zero point zero zero one watt-hours at a half-sample-per-second rate. The device suits engineers verifying USB-A power delivery up to the stated limits; it does not support USB-C Power Delivery or higher-voltage fast-charge protocols beyond QC three point zero.
