Front Complete Strut Assembly Kit

This Unity kit supplies two fully assembled front struts for 2004-2012 Chevrolet Aveo and related models. Each unit arrives with the strut, top mount, bearing plate, bumper, insulators and coil spring already fitted. The pre-assembled design removes the need for spring compressors or other specialty tools during installation. It is intended for DIYers and shops wanting a direct bolt-in suspension refresh.

Sustained-load behaviour

The assemblies use OE-style components built to maintain consistent damping and ride height over repeated compression cycles. Unity's 50 years of aftermarket manufacturing experience inform the valving and spring rate calibration for daily driving conditions. The complete unit replaces every wear item in the strut cartridge, so performance does not degrade as quickly as a partial repair. No break-in period is required before the suspension settles to its final height.

Build quality and mounting

Each strut features a unitised construction that bolts to the factory steering knuckle and upper strut tower without modification. The included top mount and bearing plate replicate original geometry to preserve steering feel and alignment settings. Insulators and bump stops are fresh, eliminating the clunking and harshness caused by aged rubber. The kit covers both left and right sides, so the front axle is balanced in a single job.
