The AP runs without a fan and draws power through PoE, so it adds no audible noise to the space. Typical operation keeps surface temperatures low enough for ceiling or wall mounting in occupied rooms. The dedicated security radio operates continuously without raising the thermal load noticeably. Integrators can plan for standard PoE budgets without extra cooling provisions.

The dedicated monitoring radio continues scanning for interference and rogue devices without degrading client performance. Wave 2 efficiency delivers up to 125% greater performance than a typical Wave 1 AP during prolonged high-density events. The hardware maintains consistent operation without thermal throttling in normal indoor conditions.
