The Tyrap TY37MX is a 14 in black nylon 6/6 cable tie rated at 120 lb tensile strength. It secures bundles up to 3-1/2 in diameter in automotive, industrial and outdoor installations. The halogen-free, UV-resistant material withstands temperatures from -40 to 185 degrees F. Plenum-rated construction meets UL type 21S requirements for air-handling spaces.

Screw-mount base for permanent fastening

A #14 screw-mount hole moulded into the head lets you anchor the tie to panels, frames or conduit runs with a single fastener. The 0.3 in wide strap threads through a stainless-steel barb that locks securely without slipping. One-piece moulding eliminates loose parts and speeds installation on site. Outdoor-rated nylon resists weathering and chemical exposure over long service life.

High-temperature nylon handles thermal cycling

The nylon 6/6 body remains stable across a -40 to 185 degrees F range, so the tie will not embrittle in cold snaps or soften in engine-bay heat. Flame-retardant rating is not claimed, but the material is halogen-free and plenum-rated for low-smoke performance.
