Adds PoE+ devices without a PoE switch

This compact midspan injector delivers up to 30W of power and Gigabit data through a single Ethernet cable. It connects a PoE or PoE+ device such as a surveillance camera, wireless access point or VoIP phone to a non-PoE network switch. The unit includes an external 100–240V power supply with four international plug adapters for worldwide use.

Sustains 30W delivery over 100 m cable runs

The injector complies with IEEE 802.3at Type 2 PoE+ and maintains the full 30W budget at distances up to 100 metres over existing Cat5e or better cabling. LED indicators show orange for power on and purple for active PoE delivery, giving immediate visual confirmation of the link status. No configuration is required; the device negotiates power class automatically on connection.

Replaces the need for a PoE switch upgrade

Network administrators can add a single powered device without purchasing a multi-port PoE switch or running new AC circuits. The jump is worthwhile when only one or two endpoints need power in a location without convenient mains access. It does not suit installations that require multiple powered ports from a single injector or centralised power management across many devices.
