Tiffen 82mm Pro-Mist 1/2 Filter

This Tiffen 82mm Pro-Mist 1/2 Filter is a Hollywood-grade effects filter designed for cinematographers and videographers who want to soften excess sharpness and contrast. It creates a pearlescent halo around highlights to produce a distinctive atmospheric look. The filter threads directly onto lenses with an 82mm front diameter.

82mm thread mount for lens attachment

The filter uses a standard 82mm thread mount that screws onto compatible lens barrels for secure, repeatable positioning. Its optical glass construction maintains image clarity while applying the Pro-Mist effect across the frame. The slim profile reduces the chance of vignetting when stacked with other filters.

Protective case included for storage

A protective case is supplied to shield the glass surfaces from dust and scratches during transport and storage. This accessory helps preserve the filter's optical coatings between shoots. No additional software or adapters are bundled with the kit.
