CCH ProSystem fx Compatible Envelopes

These catalog envelopes are designed for offices that print cover sheets using CCH ProSystem fx software. The double-window layout aligns with the software output so recipient and return addresses show through without manual addressing. They suit tax, accounting and professional-service firms that send first-class mail regularly. The peel-and-seal closure removes the need for moistening or tape, speeding up high-volume mailing tasks.

First-Class Mail Constraints

The envelopes carry a pre-printed green diamond border and first-class indicia, so they meet USPS first-class visual requirements. They measure 9-5/8" x 11-1/8" and open on the short side in portrait orientation, which fixes the insertion direction for folded documents. Only standard first-class weight and thickness limits apply; heavier or thicker inserts will need a different mailer. The double-window format does not accommodate custom window positions or additional enclosures that would obscure the address windows.

Upgrade from Manual Addressing

These replace hand-addressed or label-applied envelopes when software-generated cover sheets are already in use. The jump is worth it when mail volume justifies eliminating the manual addressing step and the risk of misaligned labels. They do not help operations that print on plain envelopes and apply separate window patches, or those that use non-CCH software with different window coordinates. Buyers who need larger capacities, security tints or custom branding must source alternative stock.
