The Telemecanique Sensors ZCMD21L5 is a miniature limit switch body with a 1NO/1NC contact form, designed for use with XCMD series limit switches. It carries an AC contact rating of 6 A @ 300 V and meets IEC 60947-5-1. Machine builders and maintenance engineers select it when a compact, sealed switching element is required for position sensing on automated equipment.

Build integration and freedoms

The body mounts onto an XCMD actuator head and connects via a snap-in base that includes a 5 m PVR cable, removing the need for separate wiring harnesses. NEMA 12, 13, 4X and 6P ratings together with IP66 and IP67 sealing let the switch operate in wet, dusty or wash-down environments without additional enclosures.
