Heavy-duty limit switch with adjustable roller

This Telemecanique Sensors limit switch uses an adjustable roller lever to detect machine position in industrial environments. The side-mounted rotary actuator moves between 1.57 in and 3.35 in to fit varied equipment layouts. A standard body measuring 4.01 in high, 1.57 in wide and 2.36 in deep houses 2NC/2NO contacts rated for 10 A at 240 V AC. NEMA 1, 2, 4, 12 and 13 ratings confirm protection against dust, water and oil ingress.

Suits automated lines needing configurable

Maintenance teams can set the exact trigger point without replacing the actuator, reducing downtime on conveyors and packaging machines. The side-entry design fits tight frames where top-mounted plungers cannot reach. Installations requiring DC switching or a sealed boot should choose a different model because this unit has no DC rating and the actuator is not boot-sealed.

AC contact rating 10 A at 240 V

The 10 A, 240 V AC rating is the single figure that decides whether the switch can carry the control-circuit load. Exceeding this current or using DC voltage will damage the contacts and void the safety function. Verify the circuit voltage and current against this rating before specifying the part.
