This pack contains six black ink ribbons built to match the original Epson 7754 specification. Compatible replacements for multiple OEM part

Each ribbon replaces Epson part numbers such as 7754, 7770, ERC-20BK and S015022, plus DataProducts DPCR4020, Nukote BM204, Porelon 11504 and 11904, and NER 5-1865. Using one SKU across all those references simplifies ordering and reduces the chance of mismatched stock. The ink formulation is designed for sharp character formation on continuous feed paper and multi-part carbonless sets. No software or firmware updates are involved; the change is purely mechanical.

Simple cartridge swap with no tools required

Installation consists of opening the printer cover, removing the spent cartridge and seating the new ribbon until it clicks into the guide posts. The ribbon advance gear engages automatically on the first print job. The most common issue is forgetting to tension the ribbon manually before closing the cover, which can cause smudging on the first few lines. Ensure the plastic shield sits flat against the printhead assembly to avoid snagging on the tractor feed.
