The SupMaKin JS01 is a compact food processor that slices, juliennes and dices vegetables with a hidden stainless-steel blade. Its foldable frame measures 16 by 11 by 37 centimeters and weighs 1.5 pounds, so it stores easily in a modest kitchen. A safety lock removes the need to handle or swap blades during use. The unit is fully dishwasher safe and includes a collection container and cleaning brush.

Upgrade from handheld slicers and knife work

This model replaces a traditional mandoline that requires a guard glove and manual blade changes. It runs out of steam when preparing very high volumes or when a recipe demands continuous feeding beyond the container size. Meat slicing is not supported.
