The SunnyStar TE405P is a half-length, full-height PCI card that adds four digital ports for T1, E1 or J1 lines. It connects directly to a 5.0 V PCI slot and provides the physical interfaces needed for PRI, SS7, IVR or ISR services in a VoIP gateway or PBX. Hardware echo cancellation can be added through a supported module. The card is a drop-in replacement for earlier quad-port designs.

Suited for integrators adding trunk lines

System builders who need four T1/E1/J1 connections on a legacy PCI bus will find this card fits the slot and signalling requirements. It is not for installations that only have PCI-Express slots available. It is also not for deployments that require the echo cancellation module pre-installed, because the card ships without it.
