Ready-to-wear face protection

The Suncast HGASSY16 arrives fully assembled with a clear styrene-butadiene copolymer shield mounted on a blue polypropylene headband. Both adjustable straps secure the one-size-fits-all frame without pressing on the temples. A polyurethane foam brow band holds the shield away from the face and blocks drips from above the browline. Each carton contains sixteen units for team deployment.

Spray barrier not impact rated

The shield meets or exceeds FDA standards for splash and spray protection but carries no impact-safety rating. It is compatible with 70 % ethanol, 70 % isopropyl alcohol, 6 % bleach and 3 % hydrogen peroxide for repeated sterilisation. High-heat exposure must be avoided to prevent material deformation. Handle gently to prevent drops and scratches that would reduce optical clarity.

Lightweight frame for all-day wear

The 11-inch high by 16.5-inch wide by 10.25-inch deep assembly weighs little enough to wear over prescription glasses, safety goggles or face masks. Dual adjustable straps eliminate the slippage common with single-strap designs. Latex-free construction reduces allergy risk for sensitive users. The clear copolymer shield maintains visibility while the foam brow pad keeps the visor off the skin during extended shifts.
