Eight-Port HDMI KVM Switch for Multi-System

This eight-port HDMI KVM switch lets operators control up to eight computers from a single keyboard, mouse, 3.5mm audio output, USB 2.0 hub and a 4K 60Hz HDMI 2.0 monitor. It is built for server rooms, labs and help-desk environments where BIOS-level access across mixed platforms is required. The unit operates without drivers on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, Intel, AMD, Snapdragon/ARM and Apple Silicon hardware.

Rack-Mountable 1U Chassis

The switch ships with brackets for 1U installation in ANSI/EIA RS-310-D standard 19-inch racks that provide at least 165mm mounting depth. Two USB 2.0 ports sit on the front panel and two on the rear, giving technicians convenient peripheral access whether the rack door is open or closed. Push-button switching, hotkey commands, an audible buzzer and port-status LEDs confirm each transition.

4K 60Hz HDMI 2.0 Video Support Decides Suitability

The single specification that determines fit is the 4K 60Hz HDMI 2.0 video path; systems needing higher refresh rates, HDR metadata pass-through or DisplayPort inputs cannot use this switch. Buyers who require more than eight ports or USB 3.x peripheral sharing should look elsewhere. TAA compliance and the included Windows Layout and USB Event Monitoring utilities complete the feature set for managed IT deployments.
