27-inch 16:9 privacy filter

This hanging acrylic screen attaches to the top edge of a 27-inch 16:9 monitor to shield on-screen data from side views. The filter narrows the visible angle to 60 degrees, centred on the user, so passers-by see only a darkened display. Light transmission and blue-light reduction

The filter transmits 65 percent of screen brightness while blocking a portion of blue-light emissions to lessen eye strain during long sessions. Because it hangs freely from the monitor bezel, it adds no electrical load and generates no heat or noise of its own.
