The Star Micronics TSP143IIILAN GY US is a direct thermal desktop receipt printer built for point-of-sale environments. It connects via 10/100BaseT Ethernet and prints at 43 receipts per minute with a 203 dpi resolution. The unit handles 80 mm standard paper width and 58 mm with the included guide, supporting roll diameters up to 83 mm. A guillotine auto-cutter rated for 2 million cuts and a 60 million line MCBF provide durability for continuous operation.

Internal power supply.

An internal 100 to 240V AC power supply removes the need for an external brick, and the box includes a UTP Ethernet cable for immediate network connection. The futurePRNT Windows utility lets operators add logos, coupons and graphics, print multiple copies and replace or trigger text on receipts without modifying the host application. Drivers for Windows 7 through 10 and macOS enable plug-and-play installation across mixed environments.

80 mm rolls, 43 RPM throughput and 2 million cuts

The printer comfortably handles standard 80 mm thermal rolls up to 83 mm diameter at 43 RPM, with a paper thickness range of 0.053 to 0.085 mm. It runs out of capacity when receipt volume exceeds the auto-cutter’s 2 million cut rating or when media wider than 80 mm is required. The 203 dpi resolution limits fine-detail graphics, and the single Ethernet interface offers no wireless or USB fallback.
