Replacement Battery for Dell Latitude and Inspiron

The sP96G is a new 7.6V 60Wh lithium-polymer pack built for Dell Latitude 5300, 5310, 7300, 7400 and their 2-in-1 variants plus Inspiron 7300 and 7306 2-in-1 Black Series. It replaces part numbers MXV9V, 5VC2M, 829MX, P96G, P97G, P99G and P100G. The battery uses A-grade cells and an intelligent control chip rated for more than 1000 cycles.

Upgrading from a worn original pack

When the factory battery no longer holds a useful charge, this unit restores full runtime without changing the laptop. The 1:1 mechanical design matches the original dimensions so the pack seats correctly and the included screwdrivers simplify the swap. The jump is worth it when the old cell count has dropped below the 60Wh baseline and daily mobility suffers.

Capacity and headroom for mobile work

At 60Wh the pack delivers a full workday of typical office tasks on supported Latitude and Inspiron models. Heavy workloads such as sustained video encoding or maximum screen brightness will drain the reserve faster, and the battery is not compatible with Inspiron 7300 or 7306 2-in-1 Silver Series units.

The battery matches MXV9V, 5VC2M, 05VC2M, 829MX, 0829MX, P96G, P97G, P99G and P100G. It fits Latitude 5300, 5310, 7300, 7400, E5300, E5310, E7300, E7400 and the 5300, 5310 2-in-1 versions plus Inspiron 7300 and 7306 2-in-1 Black Series only. It does not fit the Silver Series variants.
