The DuraScan D740 is a cordless imager that reads both linear and matrix codes using a 640 x 400 pixel sensor and a hyper-red 660 nm LED aimer. It connects over Bluetooth to Windows 7, 8 and 10, Android and iOS devices, offering HID and SPP modes depending on the platform. The gray housing weighs .30 lb and measures 5.20 x 1.50 x 1.60 inches.

IP54 Antimicrobial Build for Shift Work

An IP54 rating protects the internals from dust and water splashes, while antimicrobial additives help reduce bacterial transfer in clinical or warehouse settings. The scanner survives repeated 5-foot drops to concrete and ships with a lanyard and USB-A-to-DC charging cable so it can be tethered or docked between uses.
