Build integration and space savings

The 1/2 inch high tab stays hidden when the folder is returned to the drawer, preventing interference with the vinyl tabs of the hanging folder. A 3/4 inch scored expansion on the front panel allows the folder to accommodate thicker document sets without distorting the hanging file.
