Weight capacity and slatted support

Each bed platform is rated for 350 lbs and uses a slatted base that eliminates the need for box springs. The main deck sits 14 inches above the floor while the trundle rests lower, distributing load evenly across the metal rails during nightly use. Steel construction resists flex when the trundle is extended for consecutive nights.

Locking casters and floor protection

Four casters on the trundle allow it to roll out smoothly, and a lockable mechanism holds it firmly in place once deployed.
