These 25 mm diameter stickers contain an NTAG213 chip with 144 bytes of rewritable memory. They operate at 13.56 MHz and are compatible with all NFC-enabled smartphones. The ferrite layer allows them to function on metal surfaces such as aluminium or electronic enclosures where standard tags would fail. Each pack supplies 50 clear PET stickers with a 0.15 mm profile.

Integrating the tags into a project

The adhesive backing bonds directly to metal, plastic or painted surfaces without a spacer. Because the chip reads only from the non-metal side, plan placement so no metal sheet sits between the tag and the reader. Tags draw power from the phone’s NFC field, so no battery or external supply is needed. A single sticker can store a Wi-Fi credential, a Bluetooth pairing record or a short automation command.

Behaviour under repeated use

The specification rates each tag for 100,000 read-write cycles and a 10-year data retention period. Operating temperature spans -25 °C to 70 °C, so performance remains stable in cold storage or warm equipment bays. Waterproof PET resists moisture and surface abrasion during daily handling. Reading distance typically reaches 5 cm and can extend to 10 cm depending on the phone’s antenna geometry.
