The 1.5 mm base layer is thicker than many standard mats, giving a stable, flat platform that resists tearing during daily use. Supplied rolled in a cardboard box, it lays flat immediately without creases and stays in place while you work.

Temperature And Size Limits

The silicone withstands continuous exposure up to 210°F and down to -30°F, so it suits most countertop cooking and freezing jobs but is not rated for oven broiling or direct flame. The single-piece 32 x 24 inch format covers a large area yet cannot be joined seamlessly with a second mat for wider runs. Users needing a smaller footprint or a different colour will need an alternative product.
