Precision 18 mm stainless collar

This one-piece shaft collar clamps onto an 18 mm round bore using a single stainless-steel screw. It is suited for engineers and maintenance teams who need a secure, non-marring stop on metric shafts in automation, conveyor or test-rig assemblies. The 303 stainless construction resists corrosion in wash-down or humid environments. Buyers who require a two-piece split design or a larger bore diameter cannot use this part.

303 stainless build with single-screw clamp

The collar body and socket-head screw are both 303 stainless steel, giving consistent material performance without galvanic mismatch. A 13 mm collar width and 36 mm outside diameter keep the profile compact while the 41.1 mm clearance diameter provides room for adjacent components. The one-piece clamp style means the collar must slide over the shaft end during installation, so it is not suitable for mid-span mounting on fixed shafts.

Low thermal mass and no moving parts

With no bearings, lubricants or powered elements, the collar adds negligible thermal load and produces no audible noise in operation. Power draw is zero because it is a passive mechanical fastener. The stainless screw maintains clamping force across normal industrial temperature swings without creep. Applications that demand active cooling or dynamic balancing will need separate solutions.
