PCIe x4 Ribbon Riser Cable

This PCIe x4 ribbon cable extends a PCI Express 4x slot so an add-in card can be mounted away from the motherboard. It targets system integrators and hobbyists building in 1U, 2U or 4U rackmount chassis where standard card height is restricted. The extender requires no driver installation and does not support hot-swap operation. One unit is included in the package.

Flexible Build for Tight Spaces

The ribbon construction uses plastic and electronic parts to create a pliable link between the male PCIe 4x connector and the female socket. This flexibility lets builders route the cable around tight corners and position cards horizontally in low-profile enclosures.
