Spade Cutter for K-Series Drain Cleaners

The Ridgid 92495 spade cutter attaches to compatible K-6200, K-750, K-7500 and K-750R drain cleaning machines. It is designed for professional plumbers and maintenance crews clearing blockages in drain lines. The female coupling accepts 5/8 in and 3/4 in cables for a secure fit. This new steel cutter targets general-purpose drain cleaning tasks.

Capacity and Headroom for 2 Inch Minimum Lines

The cutter operates in drain lines with a minimum inside diameter of 2 in. It is not rated for a maximum diameter, so suitability for larger pipes must be verified on site. The spade head provides a broad cutting surface for breaking up common obstructions. Performance drops off in heavily compacted or root-infested lines where specialised cutters are required.

Steel Build and Female Coupling Implications

The steel construction resists wear during repeated cable rotation and impact with debris. A female coupling connects directly to 5/8 in or 3/4 in drain cleaning cables without extra adapters. Compatible manufacturer part numbers include 42002, 42007, 42012, 44212, 44217, 47047, 59562, 60052, 60062, 61102, 61522, 61542 and 83557. The tool is not suited for cables outside these sizes or for non-Ridgid machines.
