Three-Channel Coverage

The Rexing S3 records the front, cabin interior and side areas simultaneously at 1080p on each channel. A 3-inch LCD shows all three feeds at once. The system is designed for drivers who want a single device that watches every angle around the vehicle. It supports memory cards up to 256GB for extended recording time.

Sustained Recording Behaviour

Loop recording overwrites the oldest files automatically when the card fills, so the camera never stops capturing. A built-in G-sensor locks the current clip the moment an impact is detected, protecting it from the overwrite cycle. Infrared LEDs on the cabin and side cameras keep footage clear in total darkness, while WDR balances exposure across bright and dark zones. The supercapacitor powers the unit reliably from -20°F to 176°F without the degradation common to lithium cells.

Build and Mounting Practicality

The main unit measures 7.5 by 5.25 by 4 inches and weighs 1 LB, mounting on the windshield with a simple bracket. Side camera lenses are fully adjustable across a 170° field of view to suit different vehicle shapes. Wi-Fi connects the dash cam to a mobile app for instant playback and settings changes, and GPS data syncs with the Rexing GPS Player for map-based review. Supercapacitor construction eliminates battery swelling risk in hot cabins.
