Sustained Load Performance

Under continuous discharge the paired cells deliver steady voltage until the UPS initiates its shutdown sequence. Internal resistance remains stable through repeated cycles, preventing premature low-battery warnings during extended outages. Questions about this item

Does the RBC124 kit run hot or make noise when the UPS is on battery all day?

The kit contains two sealed 12 V 9 Ah batteries with no moving parts, so it produces no fan noise and negligible heat during extended discharge.

My BR1500G is missing the original battery tray — will the RBC124 batteries fit without it?

The two 12 V 9 Ah blocks are direct replacements for the factory cells and slide into the existing BR1500G battery compartment; no extra tray or hardware is required.
