The Quantum HFP-A482 in-tank EFI fuel pump assembly is designed as a direct OEM replacement for specific Polaris Ranger models. It fits the Ranger 500 from 2009 through 2013, the Ranger 700 4X4, Crew and XP variants from 2008 to 2009, and the Ranger 800 from 2010. Builders working on other side-by-side platforms or earlier Ranger years will need a different part number.

Fitment limits

This pump assembly is calibrated for the fuel systems on the listed Polaris models only. It does not carry a universal fitment claim, so it cannot be adapted to carburetted engines, different displacement ranges, or other brands without verification. Installers must confirm the exact year and sub-model before ordering, as the 2008 to 2013 coverage does not extend to every Ranger variant produced in those years.

Build and connections

The transparent housing lets you inspect the internal filter and float mechanism before installation. Because it ships as a complete assembly, the sender, pump and strainer are pre-aligned, reducing the chance of mis-routed wiring or damaged seals during fitment. The unit drops into the existing tank opening using the factory mounting pattern, so no drilling or bracket fabrication is required.
