This CNC-machined ceiling mount is built from 100% 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium and fits the Vivitek DH83CUA, DH856, DH858N, DU857, DW855 and DX853 models only. It includes all hardware and detailed instructions for a quick installation onto drywall or wooden beams. The design leaves space around the projector for heat to escape during operation. Buyers with other projector makes or drop-ceiling installations cannot use this mount.

360-Degree Rotation With 80-Degree Tilt Range

The mount rotates a full 360 degrees and pitches plus or minus 80 degrees so the image can be aimed precisely from a fixed ceiling point. Once locked, the aluminium plate holds that angle without drift, even after repeated lamp-heat cycles. Because the plate covers only the necessary mounting points, airflow to the projector vents remains unrestricted. Installers who need motorised lens-shift or vertical keystone beyond this range will find the mechanical limits restrictive.

Fixed 5-Inch Drop With Passive Cooling Clearance

The bracket positions the projector approximately 5 inches below the ceiling surface, a constant offset that cannot be extended or shortened. The open-frame plate and minimal coverage allow the projector's own fans to exhaust freely, keeping thermals and noise at the levels the manufacturer intended. No moving parts or fans are added by the mount itself. Users requiring a longer drop for high ceilings or a flush fit for false ceilings must choose a different mounting solution.
