This projector ceiling mount is built from 100% 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum for permanent installations. It is designed specifically for ViewSonic PJD8333s and PJD8633ws models. Installers who need a dedicated, rigid mounting solution for these exact projectors will find the CNC-machined plate ensures a precise fit. It is not a universal mount and will not fit other projector makes or models.

360-Degree Rotation With Lateral Shift

The mount provides full 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustment for precise image alignment. A lateral shift coupling adds 1-1/2 inches of side-to-side movement to center the lens when the ceiling joist is off-axis. This adjustability is the critical specification for rooms where the mounting point cannot be centered on the screen. Buyers whose ceiling structure already aligns perfectly with the screen center will not need this lateral shift feature.

Fixed 5-Inch Drop For Heat Clearance

The mount holds the projector approximately 5 inches from the ceiling surface, creating a consistent gap for heat dissipation. The open design minimizes coverage of the projector chassis to maintain adequate airflow during extended use. It is rated for solid ceiling installations only and is not intended for drop or false ceiling tiles. Installers requiring a shorter drop or a suspended-ceiling kit must select a different mounting system.
