Optoma TX7000 ceiling mount

This aircraft-aluminium mount is built exclusively for the Optoma TX7000 projector. CNC-machined plates align with the factory mounting points so the projector hangs securely while leaving clearance for heat to escape. All required hardware and step-by-step instructions are included for a straightforward installation. The 360-degree rotation plus pitch and roll adjustments let you aim the image precisely from any ceiling angle.

Upgrading from universal mounts

Universal brackets often block vents or leave the lens off-centre, forcing compromises in placement or cooling. This model replaces those generic solutions with a dedicated plate that matches the TX7000 footprint and adds a lateral-shift coupling for up to 1-1/2 inches of side-to-side correction. The improvement is worth it when the ceiling joist or mounting surface does not line up with the screen centre and you need fine lateral adjustment without moving the anchor point.

Fixed 13-to-20-inch drop range

The telescoping extension locks in one-inch increments between 13 and 20 inches from the ceiling, so the projector position is constrained to that window. Installations that need a shorter drop, a longer extension, or attachment to a drop-tile grid fall outside the design limits. The mount is not rated for false ceilings, and the plate supplied will only fit the TX7000 models listed in the title.
