Acer Projector Ceiling Mount Extension

This 10-inch extension positions compatible Acer projectors approximately 10 inches from the ceiling. It suits installers who need extra drop length for proper image alignment in rooms with standard ceiling heights. The mount works exclusively with the Acer EX550, KS330P, KW330P, KX330P, M307, M317 and M327 models listed. Buyers with other projector makes or models should not use this accessory.

Build Integration and Clearance

The CNC-machined 6061-T6 aircraft aluminium plate attaches directly to the projector and includes all hardware for drywall or wooden beam mounting. Its design uses minimal projector coverage, leaving adequate space for heat to escape during operation. The assembly rotates 360 degrees and tilts up to +/- 80 degrees for flexible aiming. This mount is not intended for drop or false ceiling installations.

Upgrade Context and Fit

This fixed 10-inch extension replaces shorter factory brackets or universal mounts that cannot achieve the required drop distance. The jump is worthwhile when the projector must sit lower than a standard flush mount allows for correct screen geometry. It will not suit installations needing variable extension lengths, side-shift adjustment or compatibility with projectors outside the specified Acer series.
