Build and Workflow

The unit features a fixed daylight-balanced LED modelling lamp that consumes 15% less power while maintaining a consistent 6300K colour temperature across Eco and Boost modes. Its state-of-the-art internal components are engineered for continuous, all-day operation in demanding production environments. The monolight is compatible with all Profoto softboxes and light-shaping tools, integrating directly into existing modifier workflows without adapters.

Performance Limits

Recycle times span 0.01 to 0.8 seconds at 230V 50Hz mains frequency, so mains voltage and frequency directly affect the maximum shooting cadence. The shortest flash duration of 1/62000s t0.5 is available only in Freeze mode; Eco and Boost modes prioritise colour consistency and equipment longevity over motion-stopping speed. Colour accuracy holds within +/-100K in Eco and Boost, but this tolerance does not extend to Freeze mode output.
